The space shuttle Atlantis is revealed as the rotating service structure (RSS) is rolled back at launch pad 39a on Thursday, July 7, 2011 at the NASA Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral, Fla. The U.S. Navy Blue Angels, perform the “Fortus Maneuver”

DAVENPORT, Iowa (June 19, 2011) The U.S. Navy flight demonstration squadron, the Blue Angels, perform the “Fortus Maneuver” at the Quad City Air Show during Quad Cities Navy Week. Quad Cities Navy Week 2011 is one of 21 Navy Weeks being held this year across the country. Navy Weeks are intended to show the investment Americans have made in their Navy as a Global Force for Good and increase awareness in cities that do not have a significant Navy presence.
